BREED INFO

Ragdolls: Ann Baker invented the ragdoll cat in the 1960's. They're known as a large breed, with females generally weighing between 3.5 and 7 kg, and the males weighing between 4 and 10 kg. One of their most unique features are their blue eyes, the deeper blue the better. They have a semi-longhair silky soft coat which does require upkeep and a wonderful laid-back temperament. We are currently only breeding in the bi-colour pattern, and we only breed in the traditional colours of seal and blue.

British: The Golden British came about from selective breeding in the 1980's making them still a relatively new variation. While the Golden British cat is not as traditionally large as the standard British Blue, they still carry the same wonderful temperament that British are known for. They are calm tempered, loyal and affectionate. They're a very easy going feline which makes them suitable as a family companion, or with a solo owner. We will also occasionally have solid(other colours) British longhairs available! Like the ragdoll, British cats mature and continue to develop until around 3 years of age. Please be aware, that the longhair British have a thick jacket with a dense undercoat. It is brilliant insultation for winter and summer, but does require regular maintenance.

We have a strong stance on unethical breeders and you will not find any cage or garage breeding within our home. All of our babies are raised inside in heated and air-conditioned comfort where they also get used to everyday household noises. We put in countless hours of socialisation between my husband and I, as well as super special cuddles by our granddaughter. We are bound by a code of ethics with our registration bodies, so rest assured your future kitten will be coming from a very happy and healthy home. Kitten visits are more than welcomed after they have had their first vaccination by those adopting from us. You will be able to meet any litter mates and the parents of your new kitten.
